1. General Operating Terms

Tecwizdom provides electronic components, development kits, robotics modules, and DIY educational hardware.

Placing an order confirms that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts or have explicit consent from a parent/guardian if operating as a student under 18 years of age.

2. Technical Usage & Safety Responsibility

Educational & Prototyping Intent: Products sold on Tecwizdom are intended for prototyping, educational experiments, DIY assembly, and development.

Self-Assembly & Safety Disclaimer: Users assume full responsibility for proper circuit wiring, power distribution, thermal management, and safety protocols. Neither Tecwizdom nor Infinity Works shall be held liable for component burnout, short circuits, property damage, or personal injury resulting from improper usage, incorrect polarity, or improper wiring.

Datasheet Specifications: Component specifications match manufacturer datasheets. Minor cosmetic revisions from component suppliers may occur without affecting core technical functionality.

3. Pricing, Promotions & Giveaways

All prices, promotional codes, festival discounts, and giveaway events are subject to change or termination without prior notice.

Tecwizdom reserves the right to modify or cancel discount codes or promotional orders in cases of system error, fraudulent activity, or stock limitations.

Wholesale or institutional contracts negotiated separately via wholesale@tecwizdom.com supersede standard retail checkout rates.

4. Orders & Wholesale Procurements

Order Acceptance: Receipts of order confirmations do not signify final order acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or limit order quantities for any reason, including stock availability or technical errors.

Institutional Purchase Orders: Bulk or institutional orders submitted by educational bodies are subject to verification prior to fulfillment.

5. Cancellations & Order Modifications

All orders placed on Tecwizdom.com are considered final. Once an order is confirmed and entered into our fulfillment workflow, it cannot be canceled, altered, or modified.

6. Strict No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components, ICs, microcontrollers, and DIY modules—which can easily be damaged by static discharge, incorrect wiring, thermal overload, or reverse polarity—ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Tecwizdom does not accept returns, offer product exchanges, or issue store credits/refunds under any circumstances once items have been processed or shipped. Please verify technical datasheets, operating voltages, and pinouts prior to purchase.

7. Tax Invoicing & GST

All transactions on Tecwizdom.com are processed with valid GST-compliant tax invoices. Institutional buyers, corporate clients, and university procurement departments can input their GSTIN during checkout or wholesale processing to claim input tax credit.

8. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

All original content on Tecwizdom.com—including brand identity, graphics, the Soldering Wizard mascot, logos, text, and digital media—is the exclusive property of Infinity Works and protected under applicable copyright laws.

Infinity Works and Tecwizdom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from component usage, project performance failures, or shipping disruptions.
