The A4988 is a complete microstepping bipolar stepper motor driver with built-in translator. Simply pulse the STEP input to move the motor one microstep — no phase sequence tables or complex programming required. Features adjustable current limiting, intelligent chopping control, and five selectable step resolutions. Widely used in 3D printers, CNC machines, and robotics.
