The L298N Motor Driver Module uses the L298N dual H-bridge IC to independently control 2 DC motors (or 1 stepper motor) with direction and PWM speed control. Motor supply 5–35V; onboard 5V regulator activates when motor supply is 7–35V. 2A continuous per channel. Heatsink included. Power-on LED indicator.
Note: Tie all grounds together — Arduino/MCU, power source, and motor driver.
Pin Configuration:
- EnA — PWM enable for Motor A (connect to Arduino PWM pin for speed control)
- In1 / In2 — Direction control for Motor A
- Out1 / Out2 — Motor A output terminals
- In3 / In4 — Direction control for Motor B
- Out3 / Out4 — Motor B output terminals
- EnB — PWM enable for Motor B
- 12V — Motor supply (5–35V)
- 5V — Logic in (or 5V out when motor supply >7V)
- GND — Ground
