The BC327 is the PNP complement to the BC337 — a medium-current bipolar junction transistor in TO-92 package. With 800mA collector current, it is ideal for high-side switching of relays, motors, and LEDs in complementary designs with the BC337. Sold in a minimum of 10 pieces.
