The CA3140 is a premium MOSFET-input operational amplifier in DIP-8 package. Combines PMOS transistor inputs with a bipolar output stage, offering extremely high input impedance (1.5TΩ) and very low input bias current — ideal for electrometer and precision sensor circuits.
