CURRENT SENSOR ACS 712 20A
Rs. 0.00
The ACS712 20A Current Sensor Module uses a precise, low-offset linear Hall circuit with a copper conduction path near the die surface. Current flowing through the copper path generates a magnetic field that the Hall IC converts into a proportional voltage output, allowing accurate AC or DC current measurement up to 20A via an Arduino analog I/O pin.
Widely used in over-current protection circuits, battery chargers, switching mode power supplies, digital wattmeters, and programmable current sources.
Features:
- Low-noise analog signal path
- Device bandwidth set via FILTER pin
- 5 µs output rise time in response to step input current
- Small footprint SOIC8 package
- 2.1 kV RMS minimum isolation voltage (pins 1–4 to pins 5–8)
- 5V single-supply operation
- 66 to 185 mV/A output sensitivity
- Output voltage proportional to AC or DC current
- Factory-trimmed for accuracy
- Extremely stable output offset voltage
- Nearly zero magnetic hysteresis
- Ratiometric output from supply voltage
