The WCS1700 is a through-hole Hall-effect current sensor for non-invasive AC and DC current measurement in industrial, commercial, and communications systems. Thread the existing wire through the 9mm centre hole — no need to break or modify the original circuit. Output is an analog voltage proportional to the measured current, plus a configurable over-current digital flag output.
