The DRV8825 is a TI bipolar stepper motor driver breakout with adjustable current limiting and six micro-step resolutions down to 1/32-step. Features over-temperature thermal shutdown, over-current shutdown, under-voltage lockout, and short-to-ground protection. Operates from 8.2–45V. Controls one bipolar stepper motor at up to 2.2A per coil (with adequate cooling). Compatible with 3.3V and 5V systems. Commonly used with Arduino CNC Shield and GRBL.
