The 20×4 Green Backlight LCD is a 20-character × 4-line alphanumeric character LCD with ST7066-compatible controller. Supports 4-bit and 8-bit parallel interface. 5×7 dot matrix with cursor. Built-in CGRAM for up to 8 user-defined characters. Compatible with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, AVR, PIC, ARM, and 8051 MCUs.
