The TEC1-12706 is a standard 40×40mm Peltier thermoelectric cooler module. When DC current is applied, one side cools while the other heats — no moving parts, silent operation. Can also function in reverse as a thermoelectric generator (TEG) to produce electricity from a temperature differential.
