Calibration Steps:

• Use an external 5.00V supply for best accuracy
• Calibrate with pH 7.00 standard — adjust offset in code if reading deviates
• Calibrate with pH 4.00 standard — adjust gain potentiometer until stable
• Rinse probe with deionised water between solutions
