The TIP32C is the PNP complement to the TIP31C — a medium-power bipolar junction transistor in TO-220 package. Handles 3A continuous collector current at up to 100V, ideal for high-side power switching and complementary push-pull amplifier designs. Sold in a minimum of 5 pieces.
