The CD4001 is the classic quad 2-input NOR gate in DIP-14 package from the 4000 series CMOS family. Wide supply voltage range (3V–18V) makes it ideal for battery-powered and mixed-voltage designs. Like NAND gates, NOR gates are functionally complete. Sold in a minimum of 5 pieces.
