The IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module is a breakout board for the IRF520 N-channel MOSFET, designed to switch heavy DC loads (up to 24V, ~5A) from a single 3.3–5V microcontroller digital or PWM pin. Onboard LED indicator shows switching state. Screw terminals for load and external power. Suitable for DC motor control, LED dimming, pumps, and solenoid valves.
How It Works:
- SIG HIGH → LED on, load GND connected → load switches ON
- SIG LOW → LED off, load GND disconnected → load switches OFF
- V+ and Vin are always connected
Pin Configuration:
- VCC — 5V (from Arduino or MCU)
- GND — Ground
- SIG — Digital/PWM control input
- Vin / GND — External load power supply (up to 24V)
- V+ / V− — Load output terminals
