The TP5100 is a dual/single-cell Li-Ion battery charge management module with wide 5–15V input and programmable charge current up to 2A. 400kHz switching frequency allows a compact 20µH inductor. Built-in power PMOSFET and anti-intrusion circuit eliminate the need for an external Schottky diode. Onboard red/green charge status LEDs.
