The VL53L0X Time-of-Flight (ToF) Laser Ranging Sensor uses ST’s FlightSense™ technology with a 940nm VCSEL laser (eye-safe, invisible) and integrated SPAD array to measure absolute distances up to 2m regardless of target reflectance. Onboard 2.8V regulator and level shifter support 2.6–5.5V supply. I2C interface for easy MCU integration. Onboard IR filters provide ambient light immunity and prevent optical crosstalk.
